Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping: We offer free domestic shipping on all rug orders.  International orders please inquire for the best shipping quote that we can provide for you; all import fees, vat tax, duty charges, etc., are the buyers responsibility as we cannot predict those costs etc.  For Furniture or Art pieces domestically, please inquire for best shipping quotes as we work with a fantastic shipper for furniture items.  We use UPS for all of our rug orders with Signature Required, so please keep an eye out on the tracking. If UPS attempts to deliver your package and you are not able to receive it, the buyer is responsible for any charges back to us, and/or back to you (the customer).  If you decide to release Signature Required for any reason, and your package gets lost, damaged, stolen, etc., we are not liable for that package. Once you have released the Signature Required it is no longer our responsibility.  If you have any questions don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Returns on Orders:  Unlike most other Shops, we absolutely offer returns - we want you to love your purchase; however, we only accept full returns/refunds for items purchased at full price, and for domestic orders shipped within the USA.   If you purchase a rug and it doesn't work out, no problem at all - please let us know within 3 days of receiving it, and send it back to us in the condition you received it within 3 days of receiving it and we will offer you a refund once we've received the item(s) from you in the exact condition as when we shipped them.  We do not allow returns for international orders of any kind, those are all Final Sale.  Any return order or package that is sent back to us for any reason may be subject to a restocking fee ranging between 10-20% of the order value.  If you have any questions don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Returns on Rug Orders that are on Sale:  For all items that are On Sale and/or prices that have been negotiated, lowered, discounted etc., before the purchase, we offer returns for in-store credit only.  Only items that are purchased for full price can be eligible for a full refund.  We will apply your purchase towards other goods from our shop and these cannot be combined with any other discount, sale, coupon code, or promo.

Coupon Codes, Discounts, Sales, Ads, Etc:  If we have agreed on a price and you see a coupon code or a sale emailed to you or an ad or promotion that we have running after we agree on a price, you cannot use that coupon code or discounted price due to an ad or promotion on the already agreed upon price to lessen the purchase price.  Once we agree on a price for an item, we consider that item(s) sold so we do not offer it to anyone else and more or less reserve that piece for you until you purchase it, and therefore you don't lose out on that item if you are unable to buy it immediately for some reason -  however, because that specific item is unavailable for others to buy, we expect you to buy it otherwise it is unfair to us and our other potential customers that the item goes unavailable when someone else may have been interested and ends up buying something else or nothing at all.
